Customer Review: Perfect for small family!
Summary: 5 Stars
I use these pans by first lining them with plastic wrap. Then I make a big batch of somethng like lasagne which I freeze in these little pans. Once frozen, remove from pan and wrap in aluminum foil. When you feel like lasagne, just melt it enough to get the plastic off, pop it in the pan, thaw completely and cook. Now you have wonderful home-cooked meals in a flash.
Handles are great as they help you get them in and out of the oven without spilling or burning. I have 8 pans.
