Love it. Very big. Great non-stick coating has impressed me with little to no oil/grease. Perfect fried eggs, fried tomatoes, fried tofu. Even heat, but you need to use it on the large size burner. Did I mention, it's big?

WearEver Balance 12-inch saute panCapacious and sturdy, this 12-inch sauté pan from the WearEver Balance cookware line comes in handy for large-scale stir fries and sautés. It has sloped sides and a flared lip that simplify pouring, and its flat cooking surface is generous. Formed from highly conductive aluminum, the pan boasts a long-lasting porcelain exterior and a durable nonstick interior. Together, these materials create an efficient cooking environment and reduce the need for fat to a minimum. Riveted for maximum strength, the pan's comfortable handle features a non-slip silicone grip and a hole for hanging storage. Like the rest of Balance cookware, the piece is oven-safe to 350 degrees.
