Like other users I purchased this pan as advised by Cooks Illustrated and so far I am loving it. I am only giving 4 stars because the second 'product description' on this page is incorrect in listing the glass cover as part of the product. You only get the pan, but it sure is great!Customer Review: very satisfied

As noted before this pan was recommended by Cook's Illustrated. I had nonstick pans by Cusinart that didn't last more than a couple years. I'm very happy with the quality of this pan thus far. It has great release, better than the Cuisinart I had. And because it was a relatively inexpensive pan, I won't be disappointed if I only get a couple years of use out of it.Customer Review: Best pan I've ever had

Great for all stirfry and I've been using less oil because it doesn't stick to anything! Easy to clean and I hardly ever have to sit it in water to remove burnt food.
